Questions owners ask before they build.
How we estimate, which contract fits which project, how permits are handled and what you receive at handover.
Bidding & estimates
Architectural drawings or an RFP if you have them, the parcel address, your target groundbreaking date and a budget range. If you only have a concept, we can start with a feasibility study and a conceptual estimate.
A conceptual estimate usually takes about a week. A full line-item estimate with quantity takeoffs and trade bid packages typically takes three to six weeks, depending on project size and how complete the drawings are.
Our bids are itemized. Any allowance or contingency is shown as its own line with an explanation, never buried inside other costs.
Contracts & delivery

Schedule & permits

Safety & warranty
